Congratulations, you won the lottery and don't have to play the assholes. Although your team is returning your had the lowest TV and win/loss record of others I considered. I want to play a game a week, but am a bit flexible if life I put you in the division 2. Playoffs will be top 3 from each division with winner of division getting a bye (I will clear any MNG's during that bye week). As noted, each division will have 1 AI team that you get to play against. Please accept your ticket, then i will generate schedule and we can start. Most players get shit with permanent injuries so it's almost always better to fire them and get a new one when you can afford it.Tickets have been sent for your divisions. Their job is to get hurt so don't worry about it. You should protect your expensive players but the cheap lineman are meat shields. If you have less than 11 players, then you get to borrow some linemen for the match. There you have to adapt your team against what team your are playing next.ĭon't worry about injuries and deaths. Then there are small cups with limited numbers of teams. If you play the open official league, then you can improve your team forever but they have introduced a new rule for aging so if you play too much, then you need to replace the old players. You have to adapt your team and strategy to what kind of tournament you play. You pick a team and play matches and improving little by little. It's easier to try out different ideas and make mistakes, and you can quit an AI match without penalty.īB1 had a more extensive campaign, but really all I ever played singleplayer on BB1 was matches against the AI, and BB2 does that (almost) identically.īlood Bowl is a multiplayer game, and should be bought for that really, but I think I'd be happy with the price I paid for it (on sale) as a single player game - even if this is just value for later tabletop play, or just noodling around with the AI.Īll injuries except badly hurt are "miss next game". What the AI is great for is giving you experience with a team, and letting you see how it progresses and skills up, which with humans takes a lot longer. It's still pretty bad, and has a lot of the same problems (it doesn't know what turn it is, for one), but it doesn't make ridiculous 3x3 blocks of guys, leaving you to run all over the field like they did in BB1. I'm finding that Blood Bowl 2's AI is significantly better than Blood Bowl 1's.
